Pantry Magic is incorporated and headquartered in Hong Kong, with corporate offices, marketing, product development, sourcing and central warehousing located in a combined logistics facility in Yau Tong, Kowloon. The original retail store of the chain opened in HK in early 2006.

The core business of PM is sourcing and developing the finest quality, meticulously developed product line of complete kitchenware - both from brand partners and from the best possible manufacturers in Asia and other parts of the world - and integrating this product line into a total retail concept for Asia Pacific.

PM operates the Hong Kong retail store directly as a corporate store and through an expanding network of franchisees in other cities in Asia-Pacific and beyond.
